@yellowbusguy Welsh.
The museum is in West Wales which is very much a Welsh speaking area. The film is part of a programme made for the Welsh medium broadcaster S4C.

@semidiesel I think the Welsh language sounds nice and i think the presenters voice is going well with the theme
