I find it interesting that the band is credited as "The Upsyndicates" which could very possibly refer to Soul Syndicate Band.

According Junior Dan they (Soul Syndicate Band) were the ones playing as Upsetters on "Curly Locks" by Junior Byles (also recorded in the year 1974).
