im from guadalajara and i personally love it, and if people saw these places through my eyes it would be the most amazing place in the world i love it and im proud to say thats my city
Guadalajara is one of the most peaceful cities in Mexico !!! The majority of the people are very friendly. It's nothing like Sinaloa , Tijuana or Mexico City. It's nice beautiful & very mellow. I would love to live there. I've been there 3 times.
@FloridaVilla4Bed: Yes, Tlaquepaque - Guadalajara, and Mexico in general are truly beautiful destinations. I hope you have a chance to go there one day. Wishing you all the best...
I hear that mexico is beautiful but I havent been thier but im watchin some viedo I think it alrite I will gladly see ur viedo if u send me some cuz I want to now mexico by watchin viedos
@fernanda20robles: Hi Fernanda, if you want to learn more about Mexico feel free to visit my website where I have several dozens of articles about my adventures in Mexico, covering everything from Mexico City to Cuernavaca, Taxco, Tepoztlan, Guadalajara, Guanajuato, Morelia, Lake Patzcuaro and Lake Chapala. (The articles are in the "My Stories & Photos" section and they will provide you with lots of info about Mexico. Have a good day...
I did not know that - thanks for the information! I love the concept of the "pueblo magico", and I have seen some very interesting magic villages: Tepoztlan (Morelos) and Taxco (Guerrero) on my 2006 Mexico trip. This time I got to see Tequila (Jalisco), Patzcuaro and Cuitzeo (Michoacan), Very interesting tourism marketing concept - great to see that these 2 towns might be added!
@wisp3rs i bought land right on the beach in todos santos a LONG time ago for basically nothing and now that its a pueblo magico its worth over 100 times what i paid. its crazy! but they really are beautiful pueblos.
@LibertyWatchDog: Thank you for your kind comment. That's actually exactly why I create these videos: to give my audience a chance to experience the places that I see through my eyes. It can be quite raw and direct, but it's always an authentic experience. Much appreciated!
This is utterly amazing...all my heritage is traced back in Guadalajara, and the state of Jalisco in general. I love the surrounding areas...and the amazing food..what else can i ask for? I love Canadians!!!
@GlobalSmartie: Thank you for your comment. I am glad you enjoyed the video and the fact that it brought back good memories. I had a wonderful time in and around Guadalajara and hope to be back to Mexico soon...

Did you know that both Tlaquepaque and Chapala are potential candidates to become Pueblos Magicos, along with three other towns in the state.
