if you go to a taler ( i went to theives landing) and by a bandana; when you do this you honer and fame will not change. But during a mission or a stranger make sure to take it off or your fam eand honer wont go higher

I got this achievement completely by accident while I was in Mexico. I was wearing the bandana so I woukdn't lose any honor and I was having some fun killing random policemen. The next thing I know I have a $2000 bounty on me and I have random people chasing me around Mexico, I crossed the border or something and it came up saying I got the achievement. I was like, "This was one specific achievement. . ." lol, great video.
