Fusion is 100% correct. If your just stating out in Eve just give up and go to Wow. You can get somewhere in WoW just playing a few hours a day. Especially with the new cross-realm LFG tool they put in after the last patch. With Eve, its all about the time you started training skill vs the other players time he started training skills. Its all about the skill points. Better skills mean, you have more points on your shields, your guns hit harder, you can use better equipment. End of story.

You character gets skills determined by which ones you picked and how long you have been playing thats it theres no reflex or accuracy involved you click a weapons system and it does the rest based on your skill team work yes that is a major aspect your making it sound like X-wing where reflexes count its not you just sit in your barge and push buttons tool thats what you do in Eve

Eve require patience and intelligence also you train up learning skills and reform your skill points every few months so in 6month a true gamer could have the skills of a noob playen for 2 years also 6months to high lvl content is good compared to wow 6months to lvl 80, also not too much in reflect but requires a lot of intelligence and knowledge of your equipment e.i. range, tracking vs there range and tracking and yes eve has strength in numbers, no 5 man instances.

He is killing frigate sized targets that die in the alpha strike without BCU, if you have decent skills. So, overdrives are perfect for moving fast cloaked and get in position from an offgrid bookmark.
