My pf9 has been great 500+ without a single malfunction. Runs any 115g I put threw it. I even ran 124g +p. But I guess keltec cant fix operator stupidity.
Nice review. I'm considering this one or the Ruger LC9. Now I'm really undecided. I WAS leaning toward this one but now I'm not so sure. Thank you for this information.

It would also be a good option if you are ok spending about $50 more than the LC9. We are also trying to get Keltec to warranty this gun, so we will do an update if or when that happens...Thanks for the comment and watching the video!
My girlfriend bought a Kahr CW9, I am impressed with this little gun. If you get a chance, try one out. Good that you both have calmed down over the Kel Tec. I was in a gunshop once and this guy behind the counter put this little fake Glock in my hands and said " these things are selling like hotcakes". It was a Diamondback. I was disgusted and have not touched one since. A real Glock is ugly enough, but that little inbred thing was gross. Probably would still be around too, unlike that Kel Tec.

Some guys get really upset about gun's, it get's like cars or frickin football teams. There are so many guns out there that it is ridiculous to get trapped into one mode. I did not like my Glock at first. A ghost trigger job and night sights, now it kicks ass. Lesson is, things change and so do the things in guns that we like or find a purpose for. To me the Kel Tec line falls short of what I want in a firearm, even the PMR 30 which I would love to own, has so many problems, I don't know.
They feel like crap and obviously your gun was crap. I would send it back, then sell trade it off on your site with full disclosure on it. Someone will probably trade for it if it is fixed. I would not, I don't like Kel Tec or Diamondback or Hi Point. life is too short for shitty gun's and the frustration they bring to the shooter. You guy's have a good site and are honest and it shows, thank you and go hug your Kimber. It is good friend and cares. lol R n' R.
Check out the Beretta BU9 Nano. A little less expensive than the G26 and way thinner. I personally do not believe in trusting my life to any gun marketed to towards the "broke man". Just an opinion but good job kickin the keltec.
Final comment: I am not a fanboy. I am a fan of this pistol, however, as it fits the bill for MY needs (not a law enforcement officer nor do I live near or travel in high risk, high crime areas. If I were a professional, I would not use this as my main means of defense. My logic may seem contradictory, but I am being honest. Anyway, looking forward to the next vid.
I love that I can carry this in the summer tucked into the waistband of elastic waistband shorts with the optional belt clip and have it completely concealed. I own and have shot many, many other pistols, but my PF 9 goes with me everywhere. I have super high quality ammo I hope to never use that I carry, and I shoot dirt cheap no name brand reloads for practice. I don't know how much of a difference that makes concerning failures.
I see your point: even 12 jams out of 1000 rounds could bite you in an emergency when you absolutely need your weapon to fire. I get that. My model is the stainless version (if that matters or not I have no idea). It's serial number starts with the letter "R". I got the PF 9 for one reason: price, (I got mine used for $200.00 at a gun shop, so it has had God knows how many rounds through it prior to my 1000 rounds) and its LIGHT WEIGHT. If a gun isn't comfortable, you aint gonna carry it daily.
if someone wants to unsubscribe because of a negative review on a gun that broke on camera is a complete fool. if this gun had no issues and then you talked down about it, maybe then id understand. anyone who watched the video with their eyes open should be able to tell for themselves that this particular gun failed, and you reviewed it fairly and accordingly. I would personally prefer if youd send it in and get a new one, but its your gun so goodluck guys, looking forward to more vids...
I have a Sig that has Zero failures with over 2000 rounds through it. I don't love it cause it's a Sig. I love it cause it works.

Look at the Kahr P3AT grate gun to shoot and the gun I carry is the Pt- 740 and the i had the Pt 709 also a great little gun both are Taurus's
