Racism involves the ability to act on a group of people because of their skin colour. With out the action it is just words.

I don't live in the united states, HOWEVER, I would still say if a white person went up to a black person and used a racial epithet it would be no different than if a black person went up to a white person and said a similar racial epithet. Words are just words, irregardless of the content. Using racial slurs is may be considered morally wrong, but it isn't racism. Racism requires the ability to act.

Yes your right, I am sure legally some charge could be laid, perhaps threats or verbal assault.
In the same way an empty death threat does not make one a murderer hateful words does not make one a racist.
A murder is a person who kills someone, A racist is someone who acts on another person based on race.

biden is a piece of work. in fact they all are!! yesterday i went to a farmer's annual briefing in raleigh, nc. 3 congressmen spoke. they praised nafta , said farmer's could export produce bec of it, lied on the unemployment data, vague disapproval of illegal workers, stated health care reform was on the way, & all the farmers sat there w/ suits n ties on & looked in agreement. ?? i sat there like a dolt plotting leaving the country.
