Its an art but also a science. I see people going into the gym and hitting every machine in the building and every muscle in 30 minutes without doing anything. Muscles need to be torn down, then given a couple of days to heal properly and you really only have time to do 2 muscle groups a day. People just don't know any better and need education on it. It takes at least 45 minutes to an hour to tear down my chest properly.

Absolutely! When that 'letter' was first posted this morning it was not at all positioned as being a fake interview (which is now noted in the conclusion of the 'article'.) They changed the content at least twice, and inserted in an acknowledgment (AT THE END?) of what this truly is. Classic bait & switch/deception/trickery, which lends credence to, but does not wholly validate, suggestions that Jones works for those who specialize in disinformation ala Hal Turner (alphabet soup agencies...)

I don't believe that the breakup of the US will happen. Rather, I see where Washington will devolve considerably in terms of its influence nationally. I see that the states will grow more powerfully and develop ties to other states that could lead to regional common markets. As a whole, the US will be one huge common market, much like the EEC. There will be closer international ties with Mexico with the S.West US, which will be driven by common culture.

I have thought the same thing many times. I think there is a bit of truth about him being "controlled". Perhaps he is paid to be so "loud" and "obnoxious" that he makes those that learn the truth appear to be part of a "loony tunes" group.
There's no question that he should be killed or discredited if what he is saying is true, but those of us who know the history of the fed reserve know that much of what he is saying IS TRUE, so they must be allowing him to stay around for some reason.

Absolutely! When that 'letter' was first posted this morning it was not at all positioned as being a fake interview (which is now noted in the conclusion of the 'article'.) They changed the content at least twice, and inserted in an acknowledgment (AT THE END?) of what this truly is. Classic bait & switch/deception/trickery, which lends credence to, but does not wholly validate, suggestions that Jones works for those who specialize in disinformation ala Hal Turner (alphabet soup agencies...)

Disturbing yes, out of line, maybe, but I think Charlie Sheen is a pretty well spoken individual, and if he continues to push the issue, maybe the issue will get some press. If it wakes up even one more person then it is well worth it.

When 18-wheelers stop regular deliveries (H1N1 quarantines/absenteeism; martial law; major "terrorist" attack on critical infrastructure) to grocery stores the food supply will be depleted in 2 - 3 days.

I don't believe that the breakup of the US will happen. Rather, I see where Washington will devolve considerably in terms of its influence nationally. I see that the states will grow more powerfully and develop ties to other states that could lead to regional common markets. As a whole, the US will be one huge common market, much like the EEC. There will be closer international ties with Mexico with the S.West US, which will be driven by common culture.
