  • It's like saying that just because guns are used in murder, or just because an animal bit someone, guns and animals should be banned in the whole country. . Most exotic owners I've met do provide proper care.. and the ones who don't, want to. They're not Satan. Likewise, bad owners also exist and sanctuaries are needed! Unquestionably. But wouldn't it be better to work with the situation than to demonize and terrorize private owners?

  • Comment removed

  • If zoos and sanctuaries truly cared about the health of the species, they would work with private owners to properly educate them, and breed with privately owned cats to ensure the genetic health of their animals.. these animals have been from captive-bred stocks for generations. It's misleading to call them wild and to say that just because some don't care for them properly, no one should own any.

  • I want to volunteer at sanctuaries, learn to properly care for the animals, and maybe have my own sanctuary one day. But I must say.. yes, I agree. exotic cat ownership is not for everyone, and a lot of people care for animals improperly. But some owners treat their cats very well. The problem isn't that ownership of exotic cats should be banned. The problem is that the existing laws which police animal care aren't adequately enforced.

  • @divita711 I'm sure if you volunteered at Big Cat Rescue you would understand that no matter how well you care for them or how well you think you know them they will still be unpredictable, dangerous and very much wild. There would be no need for sanctuaries like BCR if the ownership of these wild animals was banned, there would also not be any future escapes, attacks and killings made by these wild animals owned privately. Anybody who owns a wild cat is fueling the problem...

  • BigCatRescue when someone "owns" an exotic animal, it's called property rights. If I buy a pet bird, it's mine, no different if I own a bobcat, it's none of your business. Please look up property rights and you will see that you guy's are no different than our tyrannical government.

  • @FireGuyX Yes, we understand what property rights are thank you. It unfortunately has become our "business" because we have received hundreds if not thousands of calls in the past 19 years from people needing a home for their "pets" they no longer want.

  • @BigCatRescue And if government wasn't punishing people you would still receive these calls =)

  • @FireGuyX

    agreed.

i can see if you dident care for it proper. but what if i was a millionare and had a better place for it to live and play in than the animal rescue. but id get it taken away.? lol thats insane.

  • Apparently BigCatRescue has never heard of property rights. If someone wants to own a bobcat or any other Lynx, that's their responsibility. Why should the government deny anyone from owning anything? I think there is nothing wrong with owning an exotic animal such as a bobcat, at least have the state issue a license to own one, but no need to tax someone just for owning an exotic animal, that's just stupid.

  • animals know when husbands are douchebags.

  • omg she's so beautiful =^;^=

  • she had the cat for 14 years and then lost her home.. and couldnt keep the cat i dont see how this makes her a bad pet owner or says anything bad about mid sized cats as pets

  • @Biocide84 If you watched the video you would know that the bobcat was aggressive towards the owners husband. Second, these cats are a HUGE commitment, they can live well over 2o years and your personal circumstances can change just like this particular owner and what happens to the cats??? The lucky ones are rescued by accredited sanctuaries, others end up in other "facilities" living miserable lives or are killed for their parts.

  • @BigCatRescue you could say the same for a dog or cat other than the well over 20 years part.. you should do the world a real favor and save some starving poverty stricken peoples..

  • @Biocide84 There's a big difference between domestic cats and dogs and tigers/lions

  • @BigCatRescue bah, rebels in africa run around with ak's and hyenas on leshes man.. keep a wild animal well fed and it most likly will not try and eat you.. it may try and challenge you for leadership of pack, but so will dogs. all domestic animals came from a wild relative. and we are talking about a fuckin bobcat you douche not a lion or a tiger, i could take a bobcat in hand to hand combat n e day.

  • @Biocide84 After these highly intelligent remarks I've decided not to respond :)

  • @Biocide84 Angelica was also being fed domestic cat food, which isn't the best diet for a bobcat! They are wild cats that deserve so much better than being locked in your home or a tiny backyard cage, if you can't see anything wrong with this you're obviously watching videos on the wrong channel....

  • "NO wild cat species will ever make a suitable "pet" ... ignorant or uneducated people often find this out the hard way and the cats are always the ones that suffer!" No wild cat species will [EVER] make a suitable pet? How do you think we got domestic house cats? "And then God said 'Dude that fucking thing is so cute, I'm gonna make a tiny version that loves humans.' And God saw the kitten and that it was good."

  • @godzillaohno I know a lot of domestic cats that are still very much wild and scary, all cats still have their wild instincts and for big cats who weigh 500lbs and kill animals the size of people when they want to show their wild side people die, doesn't seem like a good idea to us. Not to mention the trade in exotic animals that is second only to the drug industry worldwide and the thousands of animals suffering because of this, all because people want a "pet" tiger.....

  • @BigCatRescue What does that have to do with what I wrote at all? We aren't talking about 800lb tigers, we're talking about a 45lb tops bobcat. Around 4000BC the first animals were starting to be domesticated. What if everyone thought like you and never domesticated ANY animal in ANY way. Don't just think of the "private ownership" implications, but the agriculture and food production implications. It's not showing a lot of thought to say that NO wild animal should EVER be domesticated.

  • @godzillaohno I'm not debating the domestication of animals in the past, i'm talking about the "domestication" of wild species of cats now.....does this need to be done...NO. It doesn't matter if we're referring to a 20lb bobcat or 500lb tiger, the bottom line is that these WILD animals do not belong in private hands. We need to develop as a species and draw the line somewhere instead of allowing people to feed their ego and have a tiger in their backyard.

  • I recently made a tough decision to declaw my horse. The bastard was clawing through the bedroom wall to get on the bed to dump ! Anyway, after months of therapy I have finally recoverd from the loss. Thanks to everyone for caring.

  • A bob cat is a wild animal as are all the other cats shown on BCR. The point I think, that is being neglected by some of the people on here is that these were wild animals taken out of their natural habitat, bred in captivity and sold.

You may use the old argument that all pets in stores were once wild. These WILD cats however, are NOT domesticated through decades/centuries of breeding in captivity.

I'd much rather see these cats (big & small) in the wild instead of a living room or basement.

  • Oh, and you do realize a normal cat will also pee on you if he doesn't like you, right? Your reasons are lacking.

Fuck you for spreading your misinformation.

  • @Atheismrulez There were many more reasons why wild cats do not make good "pets" explained in this video.

  • @BigCatRescue

Well, you said they're big cats. They're not, they're medium cats. You said they're wild. I already mentioned you it's just a label and you used invalid reasoning as to why they're wild. One of the ones you mentioned is that they're not socialized, which is only because they're normally in the woods. Being around normal population they can be quite sociable. You said they're used to being outdoors. The same thing applied to normal cats earlier.

  • @BigCatRescue The perimeter of my 32 acres is fenced in and I go on hikes with my bobcat every day through the woods, up mountains and over fields. The almost 5000sq/ft. is just his personal home.

  • but obviously this was not the case at all here the cat looked very healthy and content the cat was only a victom of circumstance because of the owners finnacial problems it had to be given up :(

  • neglect and abuse of these creatures.....

  • but alot of ignorent people do irresponsible things and they dont understand the depth of commitment when it comes to owning one of these exotic and beautiful creatures so they receieve poor treatment just like many dogs or cats, as for our government outlawing the ownership of one and making it a felony im pretty shure this is suppose to be a democracy "the land of the free" so if somone wants to own an exotic animal that is there god given right but i think people should be punished for the

  • whats so wrong with having a cat declawed? it dosent neceasarily have to have its claws out of necesisty if it is a pet and so for owning "big cats" as pets i can understand being against it for larger species but these cats are no bigger then your adverage dog and they can just as easily be domesticated if they are with the owners from birth or shortly after and if they are placed in the right hands

  • A bobcat makes a terrible pet because it peed in the bed?

Well, then my housecat would also be a terrible pet.

  • @Serostern There are many reasons why bobcats and wild species of cats make terrible "pets" Angelica did not like the owners husband and would urinate on his head.

  • @BigCatRescue you sound like an old broken LP.

One instance of a bobcat pissing on it's owner doesnt make or break the case.

  • @Serostern Did you read my last comment? There are many reasons why WILD species of cats make terrible "pets" the urinating incident was just part of the story. First and foremost these cats don't belong in homes and backyards it's as simple as that. They roam hundreds of square miles in the wild and selfish, ignorant or uneducated people buy them for their own amusement and condemn to a life in captivity. They live into their twenties and are expensive to keep....

  • @Serostern They are territorial and spray everywhere, they require specialist vet care, they are dangerous and unpredictable and what do you do with your bobcat, tiger, or lion when you want to go on vacation or if you suddenly become ill and can no longer care for the cat?

  • @BigCatRescue Those very same arguments can be applied for housecats. Or dogs. Or goldfish.

  • @BigCatRescue

Pretty stupid of you to compare a bobcat to a lion. These are medium-sized cats.

Also, you should stop swinging around the label "wild" as if it meant anything significant.

Normal cats, when not socialized, also roam around for many miles and can be unpredictable when making contact with humans. The only difference between this and a normal cat is the stigma which morons like you give them and the fact they're 1.5x to 2x bigger.

  • @Atheismrulez

You said they should eat more raw food, but how does that really change anything? A responsible owner will give him the proper food he needs.

About the only real reason I see here is that they're bigger and since they haven't been born on social surroundings they're more likely to fall on instincts. The part of them falling on instincts can be mostly negated if you take care of them as kittens. If you do that, they'll be highly socialized.

  • @Atheismrulez Right on target

  • @BigCatRescue Those are all reasonable questions that should be addressed and answered before getting the cat. But they aren't impossible to answer. What if one owns a large plot of land common to the states that allow private ownership? Kittens neutered at 9 weeks rarely spray as an adult. A tame bobcat is predictable if raised properly (mine is) and they are no more dangerous than a small to mid-sized dog...

  • @BigCatRescue I have a custom 4865sq/ft. indoor/outdoor enclosure "with real leaves!" that is attached with an extension onto my house. My cat loves me and I love it. Please don't debase my animal's love for me and call me ignorant.

  • I know you guys are in Tamba but what street and address?

  • @ToritheKitty 12802 Easy Street, Tampa FL 33625 :)

  • hey my name is Angelica hahah :)

  • Angelica is so cute! And her name is almost the same as mine!

  • Angelica is so cute! And her name is almost the same as mine!

  • The Red Faced Baboon @ 0:45 in it's natural habitat.

  • sweet. and the contract thing is awesome :D

  • Im getting some wild hybrid cats that have an african serval father and a bobcat mother...sounds to me like angelicas owners didnt educate themselves on their companion. It is imperative that the cat eats a raw meat diet consisting of chicken, beef, fish, and rats. You never ever declaw the animal! and if the animal is unable to be house trained then the outdoor enclosure must have soil, leaves, and trees... leaving a cat on hard cement is just stupidity

  • @humanpotential7 Anybody who owns wild cat species or hybrids for that matter doesn't know about the dark side to the exotic "pet" trade, please reconsider you are just fueling the trade and continuing the suffering of wild cats.

  • blah blah blah... these cats make terrible pets, which is a poor retort. the woman speaking sounds like a fucking PETA drone.. the owner had Angelica for 14 years. That proves bobcats can make excellent pets.

  • @H8ISGR8 Owning a bobcat for 14 years doesn't prove anything about them making good "pets"

  • @H8ISGR8 You have to be a damn fool to believe any wild animal would make a good pet, especially one of the large cats. Bobcats don't make good pets, and they never will. In fact, our useless government should make it illegal to own large cats, and being caught with one should be a felony.

  • @HTHAMMACK1 when you say they never will make good pets, you must be quite ignorant to understanding domestication. Domestication of animals does not happen in one individual but rather many populations for many generations. Every animal that is a pet of livestock animal was not "meant" to be a pet. domestic dogs are the result of the domestication of the grey wolf, an individual may not make a good pet, but generations and generations later, it is possible to produce a domestic large cat.

  • That's great you gave her a home!!

  • I hate when people declaw their cats, whether they're big or small. I always think it's cruel and unnecessary. Cats do have claws, so it's love it or leave it ! It's a matter of respect for a start.

  • I cannot use the words I would like to describe the woman who mutilated (declawed) this gorgeous animal. Just terrible. Thanks BCR for rescuing her.

  • Why is it wrong for a big cat to live inside someones house? I can see how you might disagree with it, but philosophically speaking why is this wrong? Lastly the biggest mistake these people made was having the cat declawed, that is a big no no even for domestic cats.

  • @humanpotential7 Because wild, large cats were never meant to be pets. They aren't pets. It's stupid to try and turn them into pets. All you end up doing is furthering the trade, which only harms the animals. Most end up suffering. It doesn't take any intelligence to understand why these animals should never be pets, or kept in captivity, except in zoos or licensed rescue agencies like BCR.

  • @HTHAMMACK1 hop in a time machine and go tell the people of ancient Egypt not to domesticate African wildcats then. And don't forget about all the people who domesticated grey wolves either. Domestication of wild animals happens, get over it.

  • @HTHAMMACK1 also, there are horrible consequences to the trade of any animals, wild or otherwise. Ever hear of puppy mills?

  • BigCatRescue, thank you, you are doing a great things

  • I agree no exotic animals should be kept as pet

  • how about the wild? what's the point in keeping the cat in a cage again?

  • @l0oAzizo0l It's not possible to release any of our cats back into the wild they have been human imprinted, they associate us with food, they don't know how to hunt, and genetically they are not pure specimens that would be introduced back into the wild (this very rarely happens)

  • @BigCatRescue ok so the only good point that i hope you do it that do breed them and put their children in the wild.

  • @l0oAzizo0l No we don't breed our cats this would just be adding to the problem of big cats living in cages, especially when we could use our money to rescue more cats. Releasing captive bred cats back into the wild very rarely happens, we rescue our cats :)

  • If I were rich, I would 100% have a bob cat as a pet. I just wouldn't declaw it or feed it normal cat food. Declawing a house cat is bad enough, but a wild animal?!

  • omg, my name is Angelica... it feels so weird listening to someone say it and not be talking about me.

  • Although a bad idea to keep wild animals as a pet, I commend the owner on at least not dumping Angelica into the wild or abandoning her. She truly cared for her to make the effort to get her the new home and in doing so actually made Angelicas life better.

  • it makes me feel sad someone would do that but i am happy they had the best intentions and she wasnt starved or something.having a big cat for a pet is wrong but if you make the mistake of getting one the least you can do is give it a proper living enviorment and food : )

  • Wait it pissed on the other cats head because it hated it... is that normal?

  • @Sorrygonefishing No, it peed on her husbands head when they were in bed because she didn't like him! :)

  • @BigCatRescue I'd like to as you guys and gals a question. do you try to release the big cats you take in or keep them in out door Enclosures Just wondering.

  • @ThePizzleFizzle We can't release cats we rescue that have been living in captivity around people (which is 99% of the cats we rescue)

  • Does Angelica crave human touch? after 14 years of being a "pet" I would think it might be hard for her to understand why people don't love and pet on her anymore. Is she missing this? I know my domestic kitties would miss it.

  • @CelticLady44 She alawys seems happy and content when I'm cleaning her enclosure, she loves the leaves and natural ground to roll around in :)

  • I'm thrilled that things went well with Angelica. I respect all of you, and the time you put in with these animals. I wish people would realize how silly it is to keep big cats as pets! Once again, great job, and I can't wait to see more videos on Angelica!

  • Education is really the key here :-) I still cannot believe people would do this to wild animals. I mean think for once in your life!

  • awe my name is actually angelica pretty odd huh? but im glad shes with BCR now =)

  • Please keep your videos coming. I get so excited every time you upload a new video.

  • I would never declaw a kitty. Even a house cat. One perfect example of why I wouldnt is because I knew a person who had one declawed, the cat got out, was chased by a dog and killed because it couldn't make it up a tree. I have no idea why people even think it's ok to own a wild animal. That should be common sense.

  • so lovley you guys are doing something that most people wouldnt have the guts to think about, it really makes me happy to see some good left for our AMZING furry kitys ;)

  • i'd like to ask BCR something , i have done tons of research and im really dedicated , i'm going to Catproof my house in any way and keep no other pets and have alot of space for my Maybe Future Serval , what do you ppl think about me getting a serval in about 4 years , yes 4 years , i want to do as much as Research possible . i dont want to make them suffer :( , im also going to study zoölogy and the branch of mammalogy and i want to do something like all of you at BCR when i'm older. =]

  • @nafaka12 Hi, no matter what you do, owning a wild species of cat is wrong. Please don't support the exotic "pet" trade, all of our servals are former "pets" that people soon realize do not make good "pets". Go rescue a domestic cat from a shelter, save a life, save money and save your home form serval spray! For more info please visit our website: BigCatRescue*org

  • @BigCatRescue ok thanks i respect your answer , but do you have any tips how or where i can find a Job related to the kind of things you do there at BCR , no matter if it are felines or any type of animal , but i do prefer exotic animals :D i just want to help them all , ( But im open for everything )

  • @nafaka12 I guess the best place to start is the internet do searches and find out where places are you can volunteer and where they're located etc... GOOD LUCK!

  • @BigCatRescue thanks alot , i did try that tho :( No succes, well maybe when im done with my Education/college etc , maybe in that time it might show up on the internet :D

  • Excuse me but the word is pet not slave or toy. The owners removed not only the bobcats claws but her uniqueness and dignity. Animals were not out here for our amusement. Given them cutsy names and dressing them in costumes is also a form of cruelty. Respect them or degrade them the choice is up to you.

  • De-clawed!!! Wow! these people are so dumb.

Keep up the great work guys!

  • she had it clawed so that prevented her husband or anyone else from getting ripped apart.

  • Thank you for saving yet another big cat. Angelica truly does look happy in her new enclosure. I'm glad the owner did the best she could, and now knows even better.

  • If you want a "wild cat pet" get a cat trap and capture a stay domestic cat. (have checked for feline leukemia and feline HIV) have spayed/ neutered. Then slowly work with the cat till it comes to like you/ learn human contact is enjoyable. (be prepared for a few bites and scratches) I finally captured a wild tom that had been harassing my cats and have had him for almost 2 weeks. He just learned how to purr with pleasure. Not only are you helping the wild pet population, and a "wild" pet. =)

  • Beautiful feline!!

  • She looks like shes settling in well, she looks very happy! Thank you BCR!

  • It's great that the owners cared enough to help this cat

  • Gorgeous feline. Good job!

  • I am French, and unfortunately I do not understand spoken English. But thanks to your comments, I realized that apparently the owners have deprived of Angelica's claws. It's really horrible! But why the owners got rid of her? I do not quite understand ... Thank you for your response!

  • @ButterfliedKiss btw where are you from?

  • @ButterfliedKiss I'm from Germany, and as far as I know declawing is forbidden in most european countries (not all, I know) and if I remember it correctly, in Germany it's forbidden, because you take the animals the weapons it needs to defend itself.... something like that...

  • @HappyHippy14 Yes de-clawing is cruel, and I don't declaw any of my current pets...But one cat was de-clawed ( the front ) when I was a kid. He clawed everything. He wouldn't stop no matter what..or whom it was. The last straw was when he decided to use my elderly grandmas legs as a scratching post. She still has scars from it. So I would only front de-claw a cat as an absolute last step. But all my current cats (3) are 100% intact.

  • @equarg I used to have a little Tom Cat, I knew him from his day of birth (he was born in our garden) and lived happily with his sister, and scratched me alot, so I got many scars, but it was just, because he played roughly, and on christmas, he disapearde, so the scars on my hand are memories of my loved little Tiger, I can take everywhere ... but, my Tiger didn't scratch my granny, so, it's slightly different ^^

  • Lucky girl!!

  • :( the worst thing is, that she cannot get freed - without claws (declawing is a crime in my country an that's the right way) and without hunting experience the would starve in wilderness or go into the suburbs... :( poor Angelica :'(

  • very said....but im glad her owner realized what was best for angelica.

  • I've said this so many times on your channel on multiple videos, but I'll gladly say it again. Thank you so much for all you guys do at BCR. I'm glad Angelica has a good, bigger, a bit more natural home now.

  • Another great story. Thank you so much, BCR.

  • Angelica's former owners are fools.

  • BCR, thankyou for all the hard work that y'all do to help rescue these beautiful animals!! I'm glad that there are people out there trying to stop people from owning exotic animals! Cute video by the way, Angelica looks very happy in her new home!!!

  • Oh she's a beautiful bobcat,at least the previous owners took care of her the best she could. But now she obviously enjoying her new home <3

  • The best way to admire and show love for wild animals is to let them stay wild...

  • YYYAAAA you guys are so awesome! =)

  • @Bloodstar9900 No kidding. I wouldn't even give someone a housecat as a present (unless I knew them really well and knew they were a responsible pet owner). Giving an unprepared person a wild cat? Wrong on so many levels.

  • She's awesome~! Though doesn't she looks a bit fat?

  • Hehe She peeded on the husbands head..

  • D'aww, she's the sweetest fl00f X3

  • She looks sooooooo happy!

  • Thank you for finally giving this cat up to a habitat which is the right thing to do.

  • its good that the owner took responsibility and contacted you guys. they couldve just took it somewhere and leave it there to die but they didnt. some integrity there at least.

  • i donated

  • Big Cat Rescue was on TV in the UK on channel 5 today. Was great and it will raise awareness.

  • Welcome Angelica...you will be very happy ion your new forever home.

And great job on this video...thanks Gale!!

  • big cats are awsome!!!! :D

  • I know a raw diet is good for them but after 14 yrs of store bought crap would that shock the system at first? I think cats in general are not good house pets. Some people have luck but not me.

  • @martenfisher1 It didn't seem to bother Angelica one bit she took to the change in diet straight away and really seems to enjoy it! Domestic house pets make good pets, but even some of these can be vicious!

  • What does "declawed" mean exactly?

  • @alaswoeisme

"Declawed" means, that their claws have been removed. Common in house cats, one can remove all four sets of claws, or just the front two, or back two.

  • @Bellsouthian I hate it when people tamper with their pets' body! I mean, when they fix them and so on. If one can't cope with a pet's natural behaviour, then one shouldn't get a pet!

  • @alaswoeisme

Declawing is just that. The previous owner had Angelica go through a medical procedure to remove her claws alltogether. Imagine if you had to go through a procedure that removed your all your finger bones and toe bones at the first knuckle. That is what a domestic or big cat goes thorugh when they get 'declawed'. The claw is attatched to that bone and retracts when the cats need or dont need them. My domestic cat still has all her claws. Its a harsh procedure to do

  • @kieraoona I agree. It's only *natural* for them to have their claws, that's why they were born with it. I get why people do that to their pets so they can't scratch anyone... But I never did that with any of my pets in the past. I let them be..

  • @kieraoona What a nightmare! It's an affront to Nature! I admit I sometimes have problems with my tomcat's claws but I just clip the very tip of each claw (1 or 2 milimetres, otherwise it hurts) and I have no problems. Not all the time, of course, only just before I give him a bath. He doesn't mind and it's not painful.

  • do your cats that were raised as pets and thus are used to human effection still get cuddles in the sanctuary?

  • @Sanchara Nope, we don't have any contact with any of our cats, it's definitely not worth the risk and if our mission is to end the abuse of these cats which means ending the "pet" trade, this would not help :)

  • Thank you so much bigcatrescue!

  • glad to see in the end, she is safe, and well taken care of with you, not to say the owner didnt, well you know what i mean....thanks for the vid....she looks very happy now....

  • Angelica is beautiful. It's too bad people just don't get it that these animals are not meant to be pets. As for declawing an animal, that just cruel.

  • @CanadaNS I know, even though I would love to own one.. I wouldn't.. They are meant to be free. And I agree with the declawing being cruel..

  • can there ever be a world where animals wouldn't need to be caged?

  • @DevilRaptorB not while humans exist

  • Angelica is such a sweetheart! I've been greatly enjoying your vids here. Thank you so much for continuing to post them for those us who experience that gently stirring within when we interact with a pet or other beautiful creature. Blessings.

  • people make me angry when they try to domesticate an exotic cat as a oet...THEY R WILD ANIMALS! they'd make horrible pets, they're not gonna be all cuddly & cute & wanna lay up under u

  • Declawed ? I hate it when people do that. That lady is darn lucky BigCat took the cat.

  • She is really lovely but I find it both outrageous and sad that such majestic creatures should be kept as pets! This is utter nonsense.

  • @R0guishR0bin Help big cats, visit: CatLaws*com, thanks for watching :)

  • @R0guishR0bin no u can keep a bobcat as pet if you look after it, I would at least

  • @scorpgul Well I know you can but it shouldn't be allowed -_- Big cats don't do well inside cages. And I wouldn't declaw even a domestic cat!

  • @R0guishR0bin i would not declaw it though

  • nice

  • awww she is so cute

  • Gorgeous Bobcat :D

  • very glad this bobcat has a wonderful new home but still sad, dosen't declawing an exotic cat give them some kind of foot problem?

  • @Fragma declawing any cat is disabling them in a way, removing the top of the digits, it's obviously a cruel practice, especially when they still have that instinct to scratch objects to mark their territory etc...

  • Pretty girl! I'm glad she seems healthy and happy. She seems to have a pretty good temperament. Too bad she's de-clawed; she wont be able to climb very well and tear things up, which is so much fun!

  • Wow declawing a cat is like a human removing the first digit on the fingers. Very cruel.

  • Never heard of the pee part before, kinda funny.

  • i love you guys

thanx for being around for these wonderful cats

  • bob cat do not make a good pet. i do know that. they can kill a human if they want to. all it take for 1 of them jump on your back and it be all over.

  • animals aren't pets .. theyer just a part of nature people shouldn't try to captivate them its wrong its kinda like snakes etc i dont htink people should breed have them

good to see that cat is doing good sad that people would declaw them and keep them like a house pet tho . responsability is good . ignorance is easy tho..

  • Nice how her owner declawed the cat, but has huge claws herself. :\

  • @KinderSurprise008 HAHAHA !!! So true !!! :D Those claws of that owner are scaring meeee :'(

  • Oh yes ! raw food is the best for ALL cats, big or small. ;-)

I really hope those people dont make the same mistake again and buy another wild animal. :-(

  • Oh I'm sure that owner was sincere. Amazing how when foreclosure happens the family pet is the first to go. Least they signed a contract that they won't anymore wild animals as pets.

  • what a beautiful girl!
