@Ashuralia They are Messianic Jews. Messianic Jews are Jews who believe in and follow Jesus. They read the Tanach (Old Testament) and B'rit Chadasha (New Testament) instead of just the Tanach. Traditional Jews (such as Orthodox Jews) only read and follow the Tanach.
I wouldn't refer to Christ-followers as Christians because the name Christian is not in the Bible and Christianity is a corrupted category of believers in Jesus. Real Christ-followers remain holy and pure before the Lord.
