  • Kyphosis, i tryed to give myself a blowjob and now my back is curved..

  • Convinced I have kyphosis! Aged 20, probably had it for a good few years? Only really noticed it when squatting, the terrible mobility in the thoracic region of my spine during trunk lean when deep squatting. Got myself a foam roller and found alot of useful stuff online as far as mobilising the thoracic region of my spine. FINALLY!!!!!

  • Age 12 I was 4'11 age 13 I'm 5'11 with bad kyphosis any advice?

  • I have hyperkynosis or idk if curvature is actually that much big to be called hyperkynosis but still it can be very easily seen that i dont have straight spine like other poeple... however... i am 20 years old.. is it too late for me to fix it? :O

coz i see all those other patients are 14-18 years old

  • First of all, I have kyphosis, I have improved my posture by exercises and such, and "lengthening" however, I think it's VERY unfair that use the term "correction" in the URL you've used here.

No exercise or product will correct a spinal deformity. You can improve your posture, but you cannot correct the alignment. I don't think it's fair because you're misleading people with a condition.

I think what you are offering can be beneficial but please don't talk about correction and kyphosis.

  • i have kyphosis, and i feel scared of it now...also i am trying to maintain my posture erect at all times.

my lower back is bent inwards, the same way you showed in the video, can you suggest some posture or exercise for its cure?

    thanks

  • iv got kyphosis im 16 male and discovered this about 4 months ago it's pretty small and doesn't hurt i don't know what to do, should i see my doctor?

  • Hi, If the Kyphosis is only slight then I wouldn't worry about it to much. It is always a good idea to address the issue at an younger age as if you leave it, the problem will only get worse as you get older. We offer specific exercises that you can do at home that will help prevent any form of kyphosis in your future years. I hope this helps?

  • @PostureCorrection hello. I m 22. i got Genetic kyphosis and scoliosis. i got 70 degrees kyphosis and 38 scoliosis. i went to a center and they made me with details a thing to wear i dont remember the word in english. THey say it will make my kyphosis from 70 to 50 if i train hard. But i dont want to do all this training 2 hours a day and not be a success. I want to make a surgery to be perfect straight..

  • Hi,

Yes the best and safest way to address is would be to see your doctor but there are things that you can do to dramatically minimise your kyphosis.

If you require any further help please get in touch.

  • @raz859 = a kyphosis in the thoracic spine is natural. It is the primary spinal curve ie one that is adopted when in the womb. It can increase from poor posture so the simple answer for you would be to sit up and stand up straight, lifting your chest. One simple exercise is the lying prone cobra. Your can seach this on youtube.

  • @krainbobrio look i have kyphosis and i am 17. i don't work at a desk and i don't have a bad posture. i gained height really fast in the last year like ...20 cm or 30 and i suppose that's why i got kyphosis. the thruth is doctors really don't know why kyphosis suddenly apprears

  • @PitchBlackGuitarMan it might be possible. I grew 20 cm in few years and I have a 80 degree kyphosis ; /

  • Let me tell you guys about my story. I had this surgery about 4 years ago, it was the hardest thing i had to go through. During the surgery doctors damaged a nerve which made me temporarily paralyzed for about 5-6 months. I woke up and yes the doctors was able to straighten the back a little bit but now im on the role of going back to the same position as i used to be in. Has anyone same issue?

  • @HoJeN22 what happened when your paralysis went away, well i mean how did it go away?

  • i have kyphosis too and i do bridges and other exercises, as well as lying on the floor on the back with bent knees, and im trying to work on my posture - try to keep my head as long as i can in line with my back when im walking, but when im sitting its difficult - i just forget for that more often! can u havea some tips to keep reminding me to work on my posture when im sitting?

  • This can and does work for much Kyphosis. It may not be quite this simple for those with kyphosis that developed from causes OTHER than poor posture, or overworking the chest.

Such causes as congenital (aka: born with), metabolic, neuromuscular, osteogenesis imperfecta, spina bifida etc, etc... Will not be 'corrected' by simply strengthening muscles.

Make sense? If the cause of the Kyphotic 'tendency' is due to the weak muscles and hunched posture this works, if not, not so much.

  • I seriously doubt that muscle training will "cure" kyphosis. I've got a moderate case, and the unnatural curvature in my upper thoracic spine and cervical spine is quite obvious. No amount of good posture, muscle training, or whatever, has helped it so far, and I doubt anything but surgery, a brace, or possible chiropracticwork would. It's just to the point for me where it is physically impossible to bend my neck back into the correct position and, I'm sure it's the same for many other people.

  • @supaslim

yeah, training doesnt help, i'm 23 and i have kyphosis , i dont know how to fix this, my back hurts when i walk now, can it be corrected and be normal ? what should i do ?

  • Hi, A kyphosis is either caused at birth, therefore ther isn't a lot you can do to help that or via poor posture ie; if you have a desk based job or sit in a car for long periods. The rounding forwards of the shoulders will exaggerate the curve in the upper back, therefore causing a kyphosis of the spine. I recommend that you login to my site, send me the required images/videos and I can assess your posture. I can then give you more accurate feedback as to what I recommend you do to. Jan

  • this can work for very mild Kyphosis

  • I have kyphosis and it can be 'hidden' more with upper body exercises, working the chest and shoulders. Look at Tom Selleck in Magnum PI...He has kyphosis and looks fine with it. There is no non surgical way it can be corrected and I don't see the need of doing so unless it's affecting someones health or they have Scheuermann's disease.

  • This is bullshit. I have kyphosis and it can NOT be corrected this way if its in a very advanced state (this is where most people notice they have kyphosis)

  • Yes. I agree with you. I've tried EVERYTHING, and nothing helped. I'm having my surgery in May.

  • Try not to gain a lot of weight and strengthen your hamstrings and abs.

I wish you the very best. Good luck.
