I'm NOT a christian but the Jesus you see in most paintings is not the Jesus they describe in the Bible. He was NOT white, well at least no fully white.. It says that his hair was like wool. Also, Jews were darker back then so he would've been the same complexion as someone from the middle east. Not to mention the dessert sun.

I totally agree with you, Taake is one of the best black metal band I've listened to these last years. They manage to create a powerfull, black though beautiful atmoshphere that makes me feel like flying over frost lands.
