  • I bought one of these last month I did a 64mm upgrade with the 3800kv motors the plane is a beast in the sky but harder to control with maximum thrust, nice flight mate

  • Any ideas on where to get a pricing list of the planes?

  • @joetheman2011 Not really sure but check Nitroplanes Banana and Hobby King and Toy Sonics good luck and hope this helps..Tim

  • @joetheman2011 NitroPlanes is by far the most reliable as far as customer service goes. Hobbyking is all chinese.

  • @Skiwiddle no it flus great just a little senistive on the sticks thanks for commenting and viewing..Tim

  • Great videos, however the clicking sound on your camera or whatever that noise is, is really annoying and distracting.

  • @TheL046Kid Hey Thanks yes it has been a little bit of an issue that I'm working on and hopefully I will have it fixed /... it does during Telephoto ,, Thanks for commenting..Tim

  • that was a sweet flight mate

    i must get one now

  • @01silky1 Hey glad you enjoyed thanks for commenting ..Nice ..

  • It is not a fast plane must be limited by the intakes.

  • @ap0lmc its ok on the speed but yes the intakes do affect the speed... Thanks for commenting...

  • Do you notice any change in flight characteristics when you sweep the wings back and forth?

  • @PARTYjohn69 Yes the airlerons are Sensitive with the wings back you have tto really Concentrate when flying her but she is fun.. thanks for commenting.. Tim

  • @kjcross Thanks fantastic thanks for the info and comment..Tim

  • Do you like the 70mm f14 over the 55mm f14 jet?

  • @shurlock1 Yes its a little heavier but it flys well, Thanks for the comment.

  • What battery are you using? I started flying rc to fly the tomcat. I still don't have one. Which model do you recommend?

  • @VF1WolfPackF14 HI

I'm using twin 4 cells 2200mah 40 C Batteries packs. as far as where to get this model well right now Nitro planes and Bannana sell them on line. if you get the Bannana one it may require some mods to get it flying.. Good luck on your choices and thanks for commenting.

  • Hey Tinkerman, love the plane. Does it need the ailerons or the tail works fine. I want one but not sure if i should put the ailerons on. What do you think.

Cool flying you sure have that plane dialed in great. I have a 6 chanel transmitter is that ok?

  • @markmpt27 Well in this video I have both the ailerons and the Tailerons working together I think this plane needs ailerons when the wings are forward when the wings are back you can have them turn off,, So If I were doing it I would install both..You will have to use a 7 channel if you do the ailerons. if not 6 will work..thanks for the commet and hope ths helps

  • @TinkerManRC Thankyou for the info, mate can't wait to get mine will fit the ailerons when it comes. just have to upgrade the transmitter now. Love the videos mate u sure know how to flt these planes.

  • @markmpt27 Hi thanks and hope it all works out good luck and keep me posted..Tim

  • Great flight! Nice flair on that landing too . You have a good cameraman there . I watched all of your videos of this plane . In the building vids it shows extensive work on the retracts . In all of your videos of this plane flying I never see you retract them . Is there a reason?

  • @CorellisMandolin Hi Great Question

When I first got the model I had retracts I removed them and went to fixed gear. They could not hold up to the weight of the airplane. So in this video the model has fixed gear. Hey thanks for your support and comment.. Tim

  • Congratulations great job! I live in Brazil and I'm building a model equal to its only with different colors I chose to make the black, your video really gave me a new direction to go I hope I can count on his experience in the event of any work dúvida.Belo , Congratulations. Giuliano Natale

  • @perna53 Sure glad you liked it and hope it helps, If you need help let me know. good luck and thanks for your support.. Tim

  • looks good with wings swept I could see the elevon mixing at the start. Are you using the controll surfaces in the wings for flaps? There is a smaller 60mm tomcat on hobby king site that I want to get what are your thoughts on that plane?

  • @ShootyMcGunNZL

    Hi

    Great question

I'm not using the wing controls as flaps I would recommend going to Toy sonics dot com have a look you will really enjoy what they have good luck on your choices.

  • @youtwoba

    Hi Tom

Yes with the wings back you rally have to ease the sticks she is twitchy as heck LOL no ya she would have been to heavy with the garman. Thanks for commenting man...Tim

  • Nice flight does it have any bad habits with the wings retracted back.

  • @flyby8906 Great question

With the wing back, you have to ease the sticks on roll control its real sensitive once you get the feel its not to bad..Thanks for commenting.
