No matter how many times I listen to this, I'm touched by the deeply poignant shabad, & just how beautifully this has been rendered ! The Tablas too are just amazing in this beautiful, absolutely beautiful Kabir Shabad !

Longing for union with the Supreme is evoked deep within by this most beautiful Kabir poem sung by Ashwini Bhide. A request, Sudhirji: Another equally poignant piece in raag Hansdhwani is by Veena Sahasrabuddhe: Sakal dukh haran Hari ke charan sharan le mana. I cannot make out any words after this line and would really like to know and understand the rest of it.

A beloved saint, a beloved singer.It's morning where I am, and it's delightful to begin my day with this spiritual hymn. A simple weaver, Kabir has remained among the most catholic spiritual guides of India as well as of those in humanity at large who are familiar with him( the word catholic with a lower case "c" is what I mean here: all-inclusive, universal in embrace). Among eminent Indians ,Guru Nanak, R.N. Tagore,and Mahatma Gandhi all adored Kabir. Thanks, SJ.
