brilliant - great use of the space - was it one speedlight only for the last shot with reflector?

@JasonMacCormac nope, it is one flash behind the diffuse panel and one bare flash on camera left high. You can see it being put in position @4:01-4:03. There is a gobo on the flash to prevent lens flare.
