Great song. I hate to say it but this version isn't some special version. Someone reduced the pitch to "-1" point and passed it off as some "down tuned version" Reducing the pitch can be done with the default audio software with most computers. I just did it myself and got the same results as this video.

Awesome some, BUT, all you have to do is download the original release of this and downtune it yourself with a good editing pro :P Sounds good and not scratchy like most programs would make it sound if you drop the octave yourself. But I highly doubt this is a legit "downtuned" version of their song :P Why would they bother trying it lower XD
