It's a dutch agency called "TBWA \ NEBOKO", Based in Amstelveen (Near Amsterdam).

The creatives: Cor den Boer, Jorn Kruijsen, Jeroen van de Sande. The commercial was shot in "Nieuwe Noord Studio's" in Amsterdam. A german cinematographer was flown in from Hamburg. The entire house was build in the middle of the studio. Inside it looked like a real appartment. Even the backyard. I got goosebumps because someone opened the door, but why... weird eh?! HAHA
