Only comment for Capcom is why did you take away two of his super moves in SF4? That's his super dragon punch (shin shoryuken) and super whirlwind kick (shinku tetsumaki senpukyaku). As a Street Fighter fan, I feel robbed.
I'm just used to seeing all of them in the other titles so to take them away seems wrong. Anyway, if they were going to add those two to SF4, they should give more moves to everyone else to make it more balanced.

Street fighter 4 is actually a prequel to street fighter 3. In 4 he hasn't learned shin shoryuken yet, that's why gouken appears and uses it in this one. and shinku tatsumaki i don't really know why they don't have it. I consider his EX tatsumaki to be similair to the shinku tatsumaki.

I think they're only showing the games that are part of the SF canon. All the VS ,EX and even the movie games are not in the SF continuity.
