When I studied food processing technology, we learnt how to use a spray drier. Before drying milk into milk-powder, we had to calibrate the machine to the correct temp by running water through it. One not v bright student placed a hopper under the shoot "to collect the dehydrated water". Minty would have been pleased.
hate how KERA overdubs the end of shows with announcements. joanna lumley's voiceover for the batch cooked walnuts in a chilled warm brie paste was half-obliterated here. "half-obliterate your voiceover and distress for several seconds (distressing times may vary)" thanks for posting posh nosh, faelanae!
From what I read of Richard E. Grant, he's not a drinker - a teetotaler. However, there was this one role that he did where he had to play an alcoholic so the director asked him to drink a whole bottle of champange to understand what it was like to be drunk.
"Where would you be without me?"

Pterodactyls didn't give birth, they were dinosaurs, which were mote reptilian than mammalian in the sense that they laid eggs.

You know if I didn't know any better...I'd say they were bullshitting us with the terminology that they're using...
Also, Simon clearly works best when he's drunk. I don't really know how to describe it. It hasn't got a name, really.
