(Admitted, I am just a lowly non-expansion-pack, only-plays-once-in-a-while, player, and I've never seen the Blood Elves or the Draenei dance. D:)
if you make a macro for dance and click alt-z then click on the number that activates the macro you can dance but u wont be able to see the bags and skils and stuff...
