If u sit in the game you regain hp and mana faster :) also there is potions.

What I can tell from watching the guys HP bar is that we can expect the slowass downtimes from Lineage II. If the game has those extreme downtimes I'll probably send NCSoft a box filled with dog poo. I couldn't stand it in Lineage II, it pretty much ruined the whole game for me.
