  • now why would you ever get a gun at WALMART? they are so cheap.

  • @gunsnstuff11 let me see if i follow your thinking here. your saying that the ruger 10/22,made in a factory in connecticut, and sold at a gunstore,is better than the ruger 10/22 made in the same factory,by the same people,to the same specs,,but sold at walmart,is somehow cheaper? well you are right!!! there is a huge differance!! to the tune of about 65 bucks less at walmart. im no fan of walmart, but lets be honest. its no less gun coming from walmart than a gunstore.

  • @bctruck my badddddd!!! i just checked your profile.it says your 13. that says it all.9i should have done that first to see where your coming from. if i had know that bit of wisdom was from a 13 year old,i wouldnt have even answered you.

  • I am exited to own one.. my grandpa is giving me his he won in a contest a few years ago only been fired once exited to see it shoot..

  • how much is that i want one

  • @1anthonybrowning well ive read the very same thing about barrel length. im not sure that any longer than 16 inches would be a drag, but ive read that the propellant is completely burned by the time the bullet reachs the 16 inch mark.

  • I have a question for you. Doesn't the .22 bullet start to decelerate after 16 or so inches, so any more barrel after that would only serve as a source of drag? I would be interested in what you think, I could be misinformed and therefore in left field.

  • That's a shame about the Winchester,as it is a real classic.

  • its a breach plug remover

  • how much did it cost?

  • I cant finde one..( I think Walmart just stopped selling them.

  • in .22 sry

  • does ruger make a bolt rifle? i like pulling the bolt back. lol.

  • @James1985Smith yes! they make a gorgeous little gem call the model 77/22 they make it in .22 magnum also and i think 17 hmr.

  • @bctruck They just came out with the Ruger American Rifle. It chambers in 30.06 amongst other calibers. The msrp is 475 dollars. It looks like a nice rifle.

  • @bctruck i have a question, do i have to get a gun license to buy a .22? thanks

  • @wfvhhfhjf123456789 if you are an amerivan citizen, at least 18 years old, with no police record,or mental problems then YES!!! you can buy a long gun,and at the age of 21,a handgun.

  • @James1985Smith If you mean a 22 bolt action then Yes it is the Model 7722

  • @James1985Smith they also make this beautiful rifle called the ruger gunsite scout 308 great rifle if your into bolt action.

  • @James1985Smith if you want a very nice .17hmr go with the savage 93, best one, period... it is one of the most accurate rifles ive ever shot its durable and its bolt action haha i agree i like to pull the bolt back too

  • Can you tell me the power of the BSA Sweet? Thanks

  • @bammbamm12 4-16

  • @bctruck - Thanks.

  • Thanks a lot for ur video. It helped me choose exactly what i needed

  • What yard were you at for those groups? Just trying to get an idea of what the gun should be capable of shooting if I decide to pick one up. Thanks.

  • @fifteenpages 50 yards is my standard testing range.

  • does tht walmart ruger except the 25round mags?

  • @elcoslic yes.it accepts all the magazines that any other 10/22 would.

  • your kidding right? what the hell is airsoft?

  • real bb airgun airsoft?

  • so if you buy a gun at a gun show you dont have to fill out the yellow sheet ? or go through the background chek ?

  • @armancho76 if you buy froma a dealer with an FFL liscense, you have to fill out the yelolow sheet. if its a private sale from just a guy who wants to sell his gun, then its called a private sale and there is no paperwork.

  • @bctruck are there usually guys like that at gun shows ?

  • @armancho76 yes. its alllegal and legitamate. the same people that arent allowed to buy guns thru a dealer with a liscense, arent allowed to buy a gun from anyone else either. anyone who can legally possess a gun can buy one from whomever he wants.

  • @bctruck well i know that you can buy a firearm unless you have been convicted of a fellony.. right ?

  • @armancho76 yep. a felony or a mental disorder will prevent you from owning a firearm

  • @bctruck now what if someone has been arrested on a felony charge but has not been convicted of it does that person have the right to the second ammendment ?

and has no mental disorder whatsoever ...

  • @armancho76 that would depend on if the case is still pending...if you have been arrested for a felony and the charges were dropped then yes you still have all your rights.....however if the case is still pending then your application will be rejected by the feds

  • How much did that Ruger 10/22 cost you from Walmart. I think I like it already.

  • Pro's longer barrel, stainless steel, scope attachment, sling holders standard. Who ever works at Walmart that brought these in did good. I think these are $450 guns all day long. Now no longer available sorry you snooze you loose. New one's are just not as nice. Adult Ruger now you are talking. Checkered stock as well ooo and but pad lol. I hate short kiddies ruger but stainless walmart rocks

  • Pro's longer barrel, stainless steel, scope attachment, sling holders standard. Who ever works at Walmart that brought these in did good. I think these are $450 guns all day long. Now no longer available sorry you snooze you loose. New one's are just not as nice. Adult Ruger now you are talking

  • I thought they were a great deal and picked up 2 old walmarts stainless pre plastic trigger pre painted stainless look. Hunter 3 pistol with bull going $475 and this rifle with similar goodies for less. Adult sized 22lr is almost impossible to find

  • Impressive Clark rifle! Often times these type of rifles are usually made by a well known manufacture and this one looks like a Ruger. The clip release is what impressed me. Can you imagine the difference in grouping with a quality scope. For the money, consider a Nikon scope, you can't go wrong and your group shots will considerably improve...more then enough to justify the better scope. It's always gong to be about the quality of the scope for even better results.

    Best regards

  • nice vid, your tarus story reminded me of a brand new rossi shooting gallery pump 22 i oncee bought.you could not hit a coffee can at 20 yards,i promptly sold it and got a 1022.best 22 i have ever owned, or fired for that matter.

  • @dcarpen1 yeah i love my 10/22,s

  • Nice Guns!

  • man... gun laws suck here in canada :/ im so jealous of all of the american citizens who can go to walmart and buy themselves a nice 10/22

  • @550ParacordGuy Move to the USA. Always room for another gun lover.

  • @550ParacordGuy Not to Walmart, but Wholesale Sports, Bass Pro Shops (< Got mine there), couple places online. What city do you live in?

  • @308Sharpie i live in toronto, gun laws are a bitch. and theres a lot of comotion about large magazines in semi-autos so its hard to even get a 10/22. but with nessacairy (and expensive) licencing, i can.

  • @550ParacordGuy It's not hard? Long and drawn out yes but once you get the actual licence it is easy. And it's not overly expensive either, I went to a place that was by donation basis, paid $20 and it was tax deductible. And there is no limit for

rimfire rifles, I can go out and buy a 50 round drum no problem (Other than cost, kinda expensive)

  • @308Sharpie oh ive been mostly into larger calibers, i didnt know that about rimfire.

now that i know this im probably going to pick up one of the less expensive marlins, model 60, maybe... because its so damn cheap to shoot.

  • @550ParacordGuy Marlin 60's are awesome, I've got a Glenfield (?) 60, which is to Marlin as Maverick is to Mossberg, the cheaper equivalent. Shoots great, when my dad first bought it (I bought it from him at 15-16) it was crap, jammed every second shot, turns out the guy before never cleaned the receiver. That's one thing you have to watch for, when cleaning focus more so on the receiver and not the barrel, especially with a semi auto .22 because they're so dirty

  • rim gauge

  • @a2redneck Man I think you got it utter in upside down. Or your monitor needs to be turned over!!!LOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!

  • @a2redneck That's okay, I bought my monitor at wal-mart.

  • Thanks for saving some good money :)

  • so whats the difrence between a 22 and a 10/22

  • @bkarl95 10/22 is the type of gun, its the model

  • Would you kindly ramble a bit less. Your title is Walmart 10/22.

But you ramble on about various and sundry odd stuff and finally, finally get

around to the TITLE SUBJECT. BORING!!!

  • @Thom524230 Fuckoff dip shit. I didn't go find you and drag you to this video. If you don't like rambling you should click off and move on to some body else's video.

  • @bctruck Haha

  • you you still have the first one??

  • is it safe to use 22 magnum rounds in a standard 10/22?

  • @916916sac good lord no! dont even try!

  • @916916sac 22 magnum is exactly that....a 22 magnum. a 10/22 shoots the 22LR.

  • A buddy of mine owned a Browning 22 rifle that was butt fed.

  • Wonder why this little unimportant video has attracted so many argumentive little girls?

  • Alright I stopped watching right after he said butt fed

  • @mopperone Why? Do you not know what "butt fed" means? The Taurus 63 I was reviewing when you heard butted. Is fed thru the rear most end of the rifle. Also known as the butt. Sorry if that's confusing to you. When I review a gun I assume anyone who would have an interest in guns enough to watch a video about them, would be smart enough to understand simple terms like lever action tube fed magazine fe or butt fed.

  • Why did you buy a no name pc of crap? Had to replace most of the parts to get a decent 10/22? My stock 10/22 does just fine for what it is.

  • @journeyquest1 what the hell are you talking about? no name piece of crap? ruger? what?

  • @bctruck great ruger 10/22 i bought my first 10/22 a couple days ago and plans for adding a few goodies to it you just dont know how deep it is till you get involved but has to be the mosting interesting piece of work ive had the pleasure of not only owning but shooting as well

  • @redmule02 thats great redmule02. youll have a blast tweaking and tuning that to get it just the way you like it. there are 100,s of options. have fun and welcome to the club!

  • @bctruck hey thanks bctruck hope you make more video's like to check them out and i'll post you on the upgrades as soon as they get here this week or next lol hurry up to wait just like the military lol have a great one

  • @journeyquest1 the only other name i metioned was clark. if you are calling clark a no name piece of crap, then you clearly dont know who you are talking about. clark pioneered the 10/22 aftermarket. clark is the only company that bill ruger personally went and visited. the clark family, father jim,son jim jr.. daughter kay. kays husband jerry miculek, all hole multiple world records that are still unbroken. im baffled as to why you would make such an ASSinine claim.you sir,are a twit!

  • @bctruck Well said, basically he's a troll that "Clearly" doesn't really know anything of significance!!

  • I bought two of wm stainless special ones no longer made that way now painted reciever. Get that gun! I shot mine not very accurate maybe i should clean out gun first though?

  • I got two stainless rugers 12 inch groups collectible though!

  • hey how much does just the gun cost from walmart? cuz i went on the site for my walmart, and it dont have anything on there. i dont even no if it has guns haha.

  • @tecumsehmike1 Some walmarts have stopped carrying guns thanks to pressure from the liberal antigun crowd. I don't remember what I payed for mine it's been so long.

  • @bctruck dam....ok ill just have to go to my local store then. and ok, ill find a price for one somewheres. thanks though

  • @bctruck walmart is in bed with the commies. over half of the crap they are pushing is chinese. they have big factories in china with virtual slave labor.

  • when it comes to guns, design is most important, not looks or fit and finish.

  • @journeyquest fit and finish is important to people who appreciate the fit and finish of a gun they spend hard earned money on. why exactly are you trolling my little channel. dont you have more important things to do? youve made 3 comments on this vid and they are all mean spirited and argumentive. what is your problem ?

  • @tecumsehmike1 you can get a ruger 10/22 from walmart in their "walmart carbine" setup from $180 to $210 depending on prices where you live and if they still sell them

  • @tecumsehmike1 for the ruger 10/22 with a wood stock and blued barrel is $197.00 and a black stock and stainless barrel its $237.00. it dose not come with a scope though. I know because i bought the black one today at walmart.

  • Nice ruger. I've always heard the newer 10/22's suck. Are you saying that they may be worthwhile purchases?

thanks man, I hope all is well!

  • @tnjeffofalltrades the newer 10/22,s have a plastic trigger gaurd/housing. that is the only cheap thing about them. the first thing to do when you get a 10/22 is replace the trigger anyway, so it doesent realy matter. if you are wanting just a plinker it is fine, but just a new trigger will squeeze more accuracy out of it.there is also a ruger 10/22 T. it has a heavy barrel a better trigger and a really nice stock. i saw one at bass pro yesterday for $450.00.

  • @bctruck - I have a savage mark 2 bolt action with a simmons scope and the heavy barrel that I really like, but I'd like to get a semi auto at some point. They sure make guarding the garden easier. A man can't afford to go out and put 100 rounds through a .308, but 22's are almost as fun. It's on my wish list, but I just can't swing it this month.

  • @tnjeffofalltrades if you decide to go with a 10/22,let me know i can help you turn it into a tackdriver.a trigger job is the first thing to get. ill pm you a website for clarks.

  • I really want a auto of some sort. I really like the 10/22 and the GSG. Either one would tickle my fancy. I'm leaning toward the 10/22 just because of inital price and upgradability.

  • @bctruck Cool video. I just got a 10/22 like the one you got. I didn't get mine at walmart but I got mine new in the box at my local gun shop. The K10/22-22 is what its called. It has a 22 inch barrel not a 20 inch. Mine has the new trigger gard and the factory extended mag release. Check out my video of it just posted it the other day.

  • @workensmart I went to your channel and couldn't find the 10/22 vid but I'm very interested in your oil filter vid. I'm a trucker and right now I'm in the desert southwest. Phone/Internet sucks out here. I'll be sure to watch when I get home in a few days. I'll bedoung a review of an old .22 I just bought Remington 512. When I get home.

  • @bctruck Yea I just deleted it LOL I didn't like the way it came out but I'll post another today in a coouple of hours my camera died on me so I have to charge it up.
