I Have had some of them, i think..

The First was when i was 11 going to school, was walking past the main gate and Poof i could see myself in 3rd Person, as if looking down on myself...

I Also have had Dreams were i get up go to work then wake up in my bed, makes you think what Dream was real, or if the life you know is the dream and death is just you wakeing up..

Outstanding video! It is in my favorites now so I can watch it again since there's so much information. I've had many body asleep/mind awake experiences. A few nights ago it happened, starting with vibrations then a feeling of floating then traveling very fast. I usually can't see anything though during these experiences. I'd like to learn to see and actively participate when it happens. Thanks for the great upload.

I read that researchers conducted experiments in which out-of-body experiencers successfully observed events in real life such as identifying objects in a remote room. So there is a way to prove that OBEs are real.

loveisnow2, i think that being aware of the possibilities your soul has makes you stronger and more free than not knowing.

but you have a good point, opening certain doors before having a deep knowledge of the self might be dangerous.

There is a lot in the astral world wich is not benevolent and kind. Mind control can be stopped only trough self awarness, if we know who we are nothing can force us to do or think what we don't feel as true.

this is a great opportunity, but experiences out of the body are only a tool of awarness, instead very often they become a way to escape from reality, or a form of entertainment.

we have a body cause we need to experience life trough it, is very important to keep grounded and connected to the solid world.

this doesn't mean we must not enjoy it if it happens, but i find a little irresponsable the fact that by paying someone we get the keys to access a world wich can also be challenging and dark.

there has to be another side to this. I heard some bad things about this some time ago. Something to the effect that you are more seceptable to mind contril ect when you are open to thinking this way. I don`t know, what thoughts does anyone else have?
