  • It is dark, not nice riding a motorcycle at 250-300 km/h in the dark with helmet whoobeling. Car driver should stick out his head and feel DA wind:) I totally love the lingenfelter vettes nothing there, but the mods to the engine costs more then the hayabusa alone:)

  • Look for the video from the ZR-1 in the right lane.

  • i was out there the night that was filmed. The guy riding the busa is an insane rider. the Vette in the right lane being passed was a ZR-1, to put some perspective of how fast the Busa and the Ling. are. I raced the right lane ZR-1 with my Z06 and that ZR-1 is no slouch.

  • obviously you failed to watch my video the guy on the busa this was obviously no stranger when it comes to racing his obviously not stock busa and like i said he flew by me at the end of the track...im not sure what your point was suppose to be or even if you had one...hayabusa out lasting the honda?? i have 1974 elsinore cr125m still on stock bottom end starts 2 kicks every time 37 years and its a 2 cycle...come to nj and get destroyed by 9-10 sec. v-rods no need to reply to me have a good life

  • i see alot of people on here saying you'd have to do over 180 mph to beat a busa! if you look on my channel i drag race a busa with my trx450r the busa gets me at the end of the track...my cousin completely murders busa"s every weekend with his sled and it would never hit 180 nor even close top speed of course a bike (aerodynamic's) 1/4 mile that bike would have gotten sh!t all over i bet..lingenfelter rarely ever built anything under 1000hp and ALL of his builds are streetable R.I.P. my friend

  • @tubbed450r 'Busa is good for about 140 circumstance/rider considering. TRX-450r? Most likely low 80 horsepower max and weighs what??? Simple math there buddy... Frankly most people who ride 'Busas are scared of them especially out of the hole, due to wheelspin/wheely issues. By the way, me being an owner/rider of an 82 whp. 2003 CRF 450 Supermoto, built professionally here in SLC, see how long your motor lasts compared to the 'Busas.

  • To beat a stock Busa you need to hit over 180 MPH, he will leave you at first, but if you can do over that then it will catch up. Reason why 190? Because Jap bikes have an agreement to stop at 189MPH.

    A Turbo Busa can hit a lot more, but to tell you the truth, doing 160 on a bike is scary let alone 230-250. You need big balls and a ahrd grip or you'll fly off

  • @RicerEater1978 i can answer those thoughts =3. turbo busa 272mph in the mile, severall doing 250-260... turbo busa 1/4mile pro-street class -7.4-and faster some are even street legal. when it comes to land preformance you cant beat sportbikes!

  • @jcmknl2004 Your wrong, if your talking about the first video. That video is of Ryan Woons 8 second street supra. Its a single turbo GT47-88 running 42 psi making over 1300rwhp. Only that kind of HP would smoke MT slicks from a roll as in that video.

  • My friend's bike beats my Z28 in the qtr. but on the hwy from 60 or 70 I run him dwn and that's if he pulls to begin with. It's not a busa but bikes are way less potent from hwy spd on. they launch hard tho.

  • @kageryu311 in a drag yes, but after 170 MPH liter bikes fall far behind. NONE of them are capable of hittign 200 mph in stock form, not even the busa. There is one test of the new 200 hp 1700 cc Vmax with a taller final gear and disabled govenor that managed to hit 201, the video is not here, but was online at another forum. ( still though the ZR1 has a higher top speed.

  • If you watch the beginning, and watch the bike's fairing, the Vette got the jump right before the bike got back onto the throttle, and the bike still pulled instantly. Really fast Vette, but I still wouldn't consider this one a substantial win if I was in the Vette. However it did seem that the Vette was pulling decently up top. Longer vid would settle it ;) haha some encouragement to post more!

  • Yes but they are huge bucks as well. The first few I mentioned are more specialized in the LSX world. if I were doing a custom build of an older car i'd go NRP because they build some unique rides.

  • LPE makes great TT cars but IMO are a bit overpriced nowadays. They do have a 3yr backing and were one of the first to go 8's@over 150MPH with their 427TT kit on a C5. Since then there are quite a few shops that can get you there for far less than what the older LPE cars were. LPE does make a VERY streetable pkg thought and has a great fan base. Cartek, Vette Doctors, ECS, A&A in California, Ragin' Racing, Heffner, LMR, Rengence, Underground are just a few off the top of my head that also do it

  • Very overpriced for what you can do cheaper and better through others... I'd take a Nelson Racing Engines 427 tt engine setup over anyone those. check them out if you haven't

The C5 427TT is $170k. And this is not the 427TT model. It's more likely the N/A Aluminum 427 or the S/C 383... Who ever gave you a thumbs up is equally retarded.

  • 200 is indicated on the Busa, but its only going 185... Which isnt slow, but I read the Bikers Journal on these bikes and in stock form there drag limited between 169 and 190 mph, not 200.

  • just so you know, stock busa's go around 190 with TRE... i have a 2000 busa (no TRE needed the 99's and 00's were unrestricted from the factory) with full HMF exhaust, PC III, intake dyno tune... i can assure you it will barely touch 200 but still will. whoever put a modded busa with nitrous couldnt do it- you are not intelligent plain and simple

    Based on horsepower and drag of the vehicle. calculated top speed of roughly 300 MPH!

  • besides the corvette, which i know has amazing handling there are no other cars good at track times all american cars do is go fast in a straight line, which i dont care for, anyone can pump up a horsepower on a car and go fast but to balance it out is another which americans arnt known for.
