Plus to get his "rare" clothes you have to have an American or japan account(there's tutorials on YouTube about how to make a Japanese or American account if you need to) then you have to go to the ps store on the xmb then find and download namco museum trial or full version(full version you have to pay for) then just look online for how to win his clothes and other stuff
