@braviart Wrong, bud. It's actually both. Komodo Dragons have actually found out to have venom glands, but they don't really rely on that venom a whole lot, as that's not what kills the animals. Instead, they rely on their serrated teeth for the septic bite, like you said.
Oh, how adorable! They are usually quite spastic, as you say. But I had another Basilisk who ate out of my hand. I think Zag would too, but I would never be able to let him sit on a window ledge, he would run away for sure.
