I understand that this anime is not about romance, but still; it would have been a little better if there was just a bit more of it. Overall, FIVE STARS!! :D They should make a season two. Just, please, please, pleeaase kill Mai or make her smarter and have more COMMON SENSE. You don't go running into the dark by yourself when there's a demon. No matter how much we(Yes, me too.) all love the anime, it won't continue. T.T First, in the end, Mai said something about hoping things will stay like that, so that pretty much wraps up the whole anime. And, as AdvertChild98 said, it had been over 4 years since Ghost Hunt had finished broadcasting. I still have that sad, lingering feeling after finishing this anime... Anyways, there's still the manga... But the people aren't as hot in there...

@soniclover524 I think its kinda obvious. The easiest way to get rid of Vlad was to burn the house down since that was the only thing tying him to this world. The God or whatever you want to call with required a much stronger power to get rid. And I think that shows itself throughout this case as all the members of the team had to bring their best skills forward just to stay alive. Plus Naru's ability isn't something he can do all the time. It would kill him.

Overall, I feel that this show was phenomenal. Leagues above many of the bland, cliche ones you find all over. It actually kept my attention, making me want more. However, this ending seems a bit.. anti-climactic?

Either way, I will definitely be reading the manga. I sincerely hope for a second season!

The way these things look it's clear this is never going to be an action show, but the combination did emphasise how dire the situation was.
