Thank you for the words of inspiration. I didn't really mean it in quite the way you took it. I actually do sing, and have been singing since I was really little. I actually looked her up because someone compared my voice to hers recently, and I wasn't sure who she was. ( D'oh! I am out of the loop!) So when I heard her, I liked her voice so well, I said I wanted to sing like her "when I grow up". (Meaning I think she is a better singer than I am, even at half my age.)

Agree 100%. Real music is almost completely dead here in the U.S. at least as far as air-play goes.
