Have to wonder why of the 219 that voted for this (including the 8 republicans) she was singled out. Hmm if I was a conspiracy minded person. I am very dissappointed in Kaptur selling her vote for 3.5B. She has consistantly voiced herself in a way that the people like and respect. Voting for Cap and Trade was almost hypocritical to her past stances on bailouts/treasury/fed reserve and in general big governemnt. Bring back the Marcy that the people truly want.
