for all with no vista or ultimate google after xpcene (you will find a site)there is a tool (xpscene). works great and no vista or ultimate needed, no programms or software in the background. easy to use full description on the site, works with xp and vista... check it out

I'm running it - I used to run it but it was so buggy I stopped. I did turn it on again today; 3+ hours and -- so far -- hasn't crashed. It does use a share of RAM, especially given my 1920x1200 32-bit color depth display (nVidia 8800GTS) and Core2 reports 12% activity (Core1 reports 0%), but the values change frequently enough to call those averages in "idle" time. (AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ CPU, 4GB - 3.2GB seen)

Mind you, when I swapped mobos and got my Intel... oh yeah!!

well dreamscene is a windows extra for WINDOWS ULTIMATE. so if you have any other windows vista editions it wont work. BUT dont worry, dreamscene will support all windows vista edition soon =)

there is a patch to run dreamscene in at least home premium and business, just search it iyou can use videos as ur wallapaper, im currently using it on home premium

This video is kind of choppy. The content is nice, though. I have Vista Ultimate, but I don't know where to get all these high-quality videos to use.

If you bought Vista Ultimate (and aren't running a beta or trial version) and made sure to activate it, you shouldn't have any problem. If you did all that, then contact me via my blog, InsideMicrosoft (just Google it), and I can get you in touch with the right people.
