Well it's not in any WV Code books, and if its a felony it might just be for that sate, but if for some reason its federal the DA should have stated the code, and ruling that made it illegal.

This is certainly something I am starting to hear the term "sexting" and we will probably start hearing this term more and more in the news. Right now apple is trying to patent the ability to check all messages for such material. Question is will this violate your 4th amendment?

Sexting is not a crime if your an adult. If I wanna send a dirty pic of myself to another adult on a service I pay for and so does she ... How is that a crime? Underage yes I can understand.
