So I just read an article on Yahoo about Yosemite and someone made a comment about FEMA camps in California. This is the first I heard of it, these FEMA camps, not sure what it means and if this should be a cause of alarm. Any suggestions on getting info? This sounds like a conspiracy theory.

I don't contend this view, or wish to impose it true, but lets think: Does it take long to set up fences? No. Fences don't stop people, fear does. Guns kill fast. Faster than a man can scale a fence. I would definetley have to concur with this as for quite often both bases carry the same functions though the Army is more consistant i.e. every unit deploying will either at FT Irwin or Ft POlk, LA qualify for combat as a brigade. Too many in and out. Saw in one video naming Irwin as a closed base or one not being used. In the Marines it lasts the same amount of tome and is called a CAX. I know in Irwin, My Sqdn hadthe whole property to launch attacks CAV unit doing recon in thestryker BDE
@YPUK0PALMY Terminal Island stores a lot of our weapons. I'm not certain of "camp status" there, but there is a big camp in El Monte California. It's very scary to look at.
