I love blue eye shadow. I just find it's more of an evening look as it's hard to pull off during the day time. I love it though ;)

Why do you line the UPPER waterline though? I find it doesn't really do anything.

I think it depends on your eyes. If it doesn't do anything for yours just skip it then. For me, I have large eyes and it is noticeable, so if I line (and sometimes I don't line at all) I do both. Thanks for your comment :o)
