  • Day One Start with an 8- to 12-minute warm-up. Legs and biceps will be the muscles worked on Day 1. Day Two Start with 20 to 60 minutes of cardiovascular exercise. Chest and shoulders will be the muscles worked on Day 2. Back and triceps will be the muscles worked on Day 3 Warm up for 8 to 12 minutes. Legs and biceps will be worked on Day 4. Chest, shoulders and triceps will be worked on Day 5. and I run.alot still nothing..no muscles...i will upload my pic soon
  • @murwo78 If you're naturally skinny and dont gain fat get your calories anyway you can. If it fits your macros, eat it. Any junk. If you want to get big ditch the cardio. It's a waste of calories. You work your cardio vascular system when lifting. Make sure you squat and deadlift. They are great compound exercises to help you add size and train your whole body. Lift heavy whenever you#'re training.

  • @murwo78 Oh and even if you think you're eating enough and you're not gaining any weight....you're not eating enough. If you're staying at the same weight you're only eating to your maintenance. Up your cals and you'll see some gains.

  • @murwo78 If you actually train properly and eat well, it's probably partially genetics. Not that you think you do and actually don't. Lift heavy, and recover. It's very simple. I work with female athletes all day who are really strong and really toned because of that. If you're doing the right things, it will happen.

  • @murwo78 Have you ever seen a woman who takes steroids? Go to google, click on the image search, and type in woman steroids. Look at those pictures. Those women look ridiculous, they're huge, and they look like men. NOT like DLB who's lean and toned like a woman. Just because your training isn't getting you the same results (like I said, genetics??) don't hate on her for getting hers.

  • @NRGPhuk I doubt that, its one or the other. And why would anyone do a prohormone if they can get anavar? No one would stack 2 methyls. She seems smart. I doubt shes on anything major, she still has little to no viralization, and the body doesnt look that big muscularly. Shes cut like that all the time. So Ill stick with she has done a few anavar cycles, with maybe some Prov. Nothing too serious.

  • @murwo78 3 Hours a day is also crazy, you wont build muscle training like that. And every day? You have no recovery. If you want some muscle and your natural you need at least 1 day of recovery a week, if not 2 days. It looks like your one of the people who think that the harder they train the better the gains they'll get.

  • @murwo78 Lift heavy for a max of 5 days a week. Only train each muscle once a week, get you rest in. Eat so your in a calorie surplus! Then you will gain muscle. Do your research on insulin response, GI index, recovery time, healthy fats, proteins. You will gain if you do your homework. Im a 8th grade student and i have gained alot by doing my research and applying it to what i do in the gym. Bodybuilding is way more than training, its a science i would say.

Unfortunately most people have this assumption they understand how fitness and losing weight works. But really they don't. only I do. No one is right but me

  • Eating a a lot of carbs for breakfast will help give u energy throughout the day. It's not as simple as training hard. People can eat 3 big crappy meals and train hard. I guarantee they will not get shredded until they start to add cardio and a few supplements. Eating breakfast within an hour of waking up will also jump start your metabolism because your body is in a recovery state from your body rebuilding during rest. It's like eating after a workout. Train hard(weights&cardio) and eat well!

  • well it depends on metabolism unfortunately. most other competitors DO live on tilapia, asparagus, egg whites, broccoli, and oats. sometimes even whey has to go b/c it contains some grams of sugar. there's one on bodybuilding whose 'bulking' regimen is 1300 cals, and cutting is 900. But most follow a middle ground, this woman is an exception. and moreover, sans estro blockers and things like winstrol, all that food to a woman=fat on thighs,lower abs, and for some triceps. fact of life.
