Eating a a lot of carbs for breakfast will help give u energy throughout the day. It's not as simple as training hard. People can eat 3 big crappy meals and train hard. I guarantee they will not get shredded until they start to add cardio and a few supplements. Eating breakfast within an hour of waking up will also jump start your metabolism because your body is in a recovery state from your body rebuilding during rest. It's like eating after a workout. Train hard(weights&cardio) and eat well!

But most follow a middle ground, this woman is an exception. and moreover, sans estro blockers and things like winstrol, all that food to a woman=fat on thighs,lower abs, and for some triceps. fact of life.

She not not even that big! She weight less that 140 pounds. Anyone who actually goes to the gym and works out on a regular basis knows you don't need steroids to look like that. If you want to be as big as Dorian Yates, then you need steroids.
