No wattage, but it does say it'll handle a room of about 80 people and if your doing an acoustic and vocal show only, your certainly not going to be running it full out in that setting. I think it this kind of environment it would work more the sufficent...I'd like to give it a try and see
This is an incredible box. Technology has come a long way.
I have an old 1980 Maganvox boom box that takes eight D cell batteries and doesn't compare to new tech Roland stuff.
Small AA batteries are simply driven through a step-up transformer to create the power.
I also own a Vox DA20 which takes batteries and is an awesome guitar amp. I use it outdoors and never had the volume over 50%. At max setting, I get about 10 hours of full power.
hey want to buy a portable PA system that i want to take to a music festival. for playing music on. do you think this would be loud enough outdoors at the campground?
If you do decide to buy one then I expect a lot of people would like to hear that reveiw.
It looks too good to be true though by this video.
What I did realise is that you would need an extra external foot pedal for lets say 'vocal delay' because I don't think you can select a different amount or different effects for each channel.
it does look a little too good: battery-powered, light weight, relatively loud, stereo with "wide" effect, anti-feedback, multiple input, cheap, and so on. That's why I still want one to see if it's the real deal.
And judging from this video I don't think you can choose individual effects for each channel.
We use this great amp (2 even) for rehearsals and street gigs. Check out my channel for live video's of the BA330 in action.

It talks about tweeters and speakers. what about the woofers? lol...also roland website doesn't give watts (RMS or PMPO) rating.
i don't think this can be a 'stand-alone'...8 AA batteries? we are talking very little power output.

Just bought one today! It really is all the hype. By itself is great
for a small room but I primarily got it to link up to my roland sa-300 as more of a satellite speaker and it truly is ridiculous!!
BUY ONE!!
