It's quite ironic that Barry could not work his production magic on himself during the 80's. He had great success with Barbra, Dionne, Kenny & Diana, but with the complex arrangements and the hard to comprehend staccato style singing, the music here just doesn't work. I think "Shine Shine", the only single to garner any airplay, should have been done with simpler percussion and straight forward singing.
