  • Super farms can't use alcohol. This one's propane.

  • @TheMKEWERBY Please read what I wrote in reply to bigbird2461. The ORVTPA website hasn't been updated for a couple of years so I don't know if the rules are different now or if they even still put on events, but alcohol WAS allowed in the light Super Farm classes. The heavy Super Farm classes could use diesel only.

Have you pulled Super Farm with the ORVTPA or been to any of their events?

  • @TheMKEWERBY I used to go to their pulls all the time and have several friends that pulled with them so I am familiar with their rules. A friend of mine and I were going to build an Economy Hot Rod together but things came up and the money to do it just wasn't there.

The point is, if you don't know for certain then don't tell me I'm wrong, because I'm not. Just because most Super Farm classes don't allow methanol doesn't mean there aren't some organizations out there that do allow it.

  • Who's tractor is this?Where is this pull located?Go Minnie Mo's!

  • I don't really know, it's a video I found at the ORVTPA website a while back. It pulls in the lightweight Super Farm class.

  • Is he burning alcohol or propane? In our class of soper farm we only can burn diesel :( ,That really sux. Thanks for your info.

  • In the ORVTPA the 6000 lb. Super Farm tractors can run alcohol or diesel. Alcohol tractors are allowed 370 cu. in., while diesels are allowed 470.
