Works on different tv, just not this hannspree. what I was told, That's similar to a problem I had once hooking up to a new TV set that basically converts the analog signal to digital form. The picture probably looks fine on an old analog set, maybe with a little bit of not-too-noticable spottyness. But once it's on a newer set, you get that problem because it's either got to be a perfectly good signal or you see nothing, no in-between allowed. Make sure you have good connections too.
