I hate to say it but this is what ruined hockey for younger people. All the kids want to do now is just fight each other. It's become a game where whoever beats up the most people is the best when really they don't understand that its whoever scores the most and wins. The only reason there should be a fight is when two players are so angry at each other they want to kill the other one. They really need to do something about this rule in the NHL.

Shelley is a punk for not fighting Carkner, and Giroux jumped into that hit on Winchester thats why neil tackled him. Neil got some nice uppercuts in at the start of that fight, and Shelley hit him a couple of times in the back of the head.

You would also realize that the tough guy, Shelley, takes care of any silly trash like that, that happens in a game. Shelley didn't take Carkner because he wasn't ready to fight. Neil asked Jody on the faceoff to fight, and Jody accepted.
