To be more accurate, it is really both. The genre IS hardstyle yes but as it does draw form to the base of Trance/techno/electronica it still has those roots. To argue this songs baseline resembles nothing of hardstyle would be incorrect but at the same time, i would not expect to hear this song in a hardstyle mix at a rave.
