The adhesive is still wet. Of course it shows clear. You gotta show what the dot matrix looks like when the adhesive cures. Thicker films tend to cure cloudy on dot matrix because it's not as flexible.
You could increase the "hotness" of your mounting solution by adding isopropyl alochol to a bottle dedicated to dot matrix. This makes adhesion more agressive, by flushing out your slip agent.
yeah but what is the trick to the dot matrix??? I just get one big bubble.... is it heat, clear glue, alcohol? let me know pleassseee
