If not on the map of world history, at least in the hearts of hundrets oh thousands or even millions. Do not let history misinterprete this war so wrongly any longer! It has NOT been about slavery (afro americans have just been altered to a different kind of slaves in the of the north). Long live the C.S.A.

@Airsoftattack123 actually the South was VERY open and friendly toward Jews. First Jew to hold a cabinet position? Judah Benjamin CSA. First Jew elected to the Senate? David Levy Yulee (florida-Benjamin from LA was 2nd). Surgeon General of the Confederate Army? Dr. David Camden DeLeon. Quartermaster General of the Confederate Army? Abraham Charles Myers Only Jewish military cemetery on Earth outside Israel? Shockoe Hill Confederate Hebrew Cemetery. Thousands served in the CSA army.

@Airsoftattack123 I know...I don't think many Jews today realize that the Confederacy was actually MUCH more open and friendly towards them. Read Grants' general order #11 calling for Jews to be ethnically cleansed from 3 states. No Confederate general ever issues such an order.....but the government propaganda has been "its all about slavery" and many just buy that without looking for themselves. The CSA also had the first Catholic cabinet member, the first native American general, etc etc

@FLThunderbird I don't think Jews pay attention to the U.S civil war and southern living. They just keep to them selves. The KKK is kinda what created the stereotype. But don't worry that is not what Jews think. We see what things are really like before we stereotype anyone. If General Lee heard about the KKK today. Robert E. Lee permitted his soldiers to engage in the forcible round up of free Blacks in Maryland & Pennsylvania, for the purpose of marching them South, to the slave markets, during the Confederacy's occupation.

Whites in PA, risked life and property destruction, to hide Blacks from the ANV, and in at least one case, rescue them from their captors.

Official Confederates reports mention these captives moving with the army. No record of Lee trying to stop it.

Great video and beautiful Music. This war is one of the most misrepresented and lied about in history. The South was not fighting to preserve slavery, they were fighting because the Federal Government had been hijacked by the Northern interests and the South was constantly out voted in Congress, plus the Mirrill tariff was passed in violation of the Constitution which forbids tariffs between the states. People always are taught the government lie about this. The Govt broke the law.

@celticgerman2 Not just that, it wasn't even a "Civil war" The definition of that term is when two factions fight for control of the same government. That has never happened in US history. We formed our own governemnt, our own constitution (which had less flaws than the US constitution) and our own laws. The US even recognized us as "not part" of the United States. It was the War for Southern Independence. We fought and died not as Rebels, but as Confederates of a southern nation. Deo Vindice.
