Ive got extremely dissapointed with this phone. Surely looks neat but the operations on it are slow and the vids are sloppy... whats the point of HD if it records at 5 FPS??

Hey there . I was wondering . I can't update this phone software . My laptop detects my phone , but when it's downloading , it stops at 1mb and then nothing happen . Tried on other computer and its the same . I've update my PC Companion and all other related drivers and software . I've followed the on-screen instructions and the steps to update my phone software . I hope to receive response from the Sony Ericsson team . Warm regards :)

I've gotten this phone, but I realised that the interface is quite outdated... like the scrolling is usually is real difficult with a side scrolling bar... there's no kinetic scrolling.. and when you open the keyboard, the standby screen remains unchanged... is Sony Ericsson going to rectify this inconvenience with a firmware update? :)

Why does my Vivaz get so heated up, if i'm on a call for like more then 10mins or if i take a call while using any application. it gets soo hot i cant keep it on my ears!...have i gotten a bad phone??

What's with the retrogression to LED flash? What happened to Xenon flash? dissappointing...I'll keep waiting for an improved version of the Satio.

@purplefetus3 The Vivaz™ uses an LED flash because the focus of the camera is its video capabilities. While Xenon flash is stronger, it also generates more heat and cannot stay on for long enough to make it useful in video recording.

@sonyericsson On the camera aspect of the phone, I figured Xe Flash was so much better than LED for photos that it would have been standard on all new upcoming phones. ...especially phones that are boasted as "high end"

The main differences are of course the keyboard and the fact that the Pro has a 5.1 MP camera, but still includes HD.

We think the keyboard is pretty great!
