Re reply to Mr. Fujita's Q. on ID of Japanese: "we understand" DNA tests were done suggests by the US. ID via DNA means GETTING A FAMILY MEMBER's DNA to match it.The Japanese government had to ask the families for this. American agents didn't appear on victims'families' doorsteps demanding DNA swabs. This would have been done by the Japanese government, not be something they "understand" but something they did. DNA has to be matched for ID. It doesn't come with a person's name and address.
