In fact I'm considering a Fantom G, or an Oasys to compliment the PC3, so I'm not at all against the Rolands ;-)

Not wanting to kick the "Fantom G", but the Kurzweil PC3 and PC3X are the king of strings!

Kurzweil is amazing for the sounds, but the workstation itself is just a mess. Thats why kurzweils are reffered to "Old People's Keyboards" who want amazing sounds.
