Where does the light in my dreams come from, the light that allows me to see in my dream?

It was cold and desired heat, tired of the cold Tummo came. And that smallest of movement began it all. The more it wishes to move, the greater it's attachment to moving. Thus all this movement has wasted its energy, and it will die sooner than expected.
