tighten the screws in the end of the tuning pegs a little it will stay in tune

If you tighten the screws in the end of the tuning pegs the gears wont turn during heavy bends the locking part locks the string in place but heavy playing can move the gears if you dont increase the drag.

hey man i just got this guitar and im having a problem with it staying in tune.

Yes they should, I don't have any problems with my guitar staying in tune. Maybe it's your strings that are causing the problem?

Sounds to me like you have nothing but problems staying in tune.

Buy a tuner, or get some ear training.
