  • Have you ever thought on recording it? Your version is great!

  • Wow great vocals!

  • Thanks so much!!

  • Thanks for the tut man! I've played for metal for years, and thought I'd get back to my roots and learn a few old sit on the front porch and jam tunes and I had the basic song by the time you were finished. The way a tut should be!

  • So Grateful! You've turned a song I've ALWAYS wanted to play into a song I can NOW play and you've done it so well that you've made this novice a star! Bob Seger :)

  • i learned the SONG,thnxx a lot<3....you`re the best

  • A chord, and big hands don't mix.. Great lesson man thanks ! :D

  • Wonderful! I'm trying to teach my son (as well as myself) this for awhile now. After 30+ videos, this one makes me feel good about playing (And singing). Like others said, so peaceful! I agree with you also, you can change your flavor from 4/4 after you get used to just learning the patterns. THATS what I LIKE! PLEASE do more covers of ANYTHING! Thank you SO much!

  • omg soo coool great job!! please show us mama said!

    thanks!

  • @LeoMetalac

Mama Sais definately isn't that simple

  • Bravo sir, well done

  • Maaaaaan beer for you! That was awesome.

  • Awesome lesson man! Totally got it in five minutes!

  • Thank you that is one of my favorite song by Metallica. Thank you again. You're the best.

  • @LEEchungFU it's still a basic 4/4 pattern. once u get comfortable w that, u will naturally throw in ur own "flavor" :/

  • I love playing guitar this will be a good song the play

  • Is there any chance that you record it to an mp3 or something? It's really great!

  • thank you for doing this for us :)

    greetings from germany!

  • Your incredible I'm trying to teach myself how to play

  • whats the name of the site please ?

  • Good lesson, and nice singing.

  • u say 4 strokes but then u do up strokes im having troubles figuring out how to strum this

  • great cover and singing !

  • my hunting buddy had this song blazing on his radio when we were coming back from jack rabit hunting on a stormy winter nigh in Nebrasa and we had a few beers in us and let me tell you it was bad ass.

  • omg nice guitar lesson

even nicer vocal -- BEST cover i've ever heard all across youtube for Turn The Page

p.s. i absolutely give all thumbs up to the pace of the song u chose to sing it in, makes the atmosphere so much more emotional and deep !!!!

  • Man you r a good singer and i know my name is gay i dont know how to change it and can you do Fly to the angels by slaughter if you cant do that one can you do Fade to Black

  • This is a great lesson, I appreciate you doing this. If at all possible if you could do the acoustic version for The Suffering by Coheed and Cambria, that would be amazing.

  • Great video , can you do watch her strutt by bob Seeger. I love that song and I can't find any videos for it . So if you can do that , it would be so awsome .

  • writing not traveling lol 4/5

  • Thanks for the post man.. helped me alot.

  • first off good vid man but it just sunds off in my own opinion to me it sounds like each crd is being plucked indivgeley

  • i thought you were playing an Am instead of A

  • Not a bad voice!

  • My man you ROCKKK. MANY THNX. KEEP UP ROCKING.

  • thanks!!!!! nice man ....thank you thank you

  • @crosssanti u r soo welcome, if there r any other songs u would like me to do for u, please just ask :)

  • nice man!!!! thanks...

  • T T T T T T THANKS

  • good vid..but this is the strickly the bob seger version...metallica does it different...same chord progressions...just different tyes of chords strummings and added notes...

  • To all those worrying about strumming, don't worry so much about it! JUST PLAY and mess around with your strumming. I recommend following exactly 1, 2, 3, 4, down, down, down, down pattern, and then make it sound bigger with a few upstrokes on the upbeats during the chorus. (1 a 2 a 3 a 4 down, down up, down, down or something) but have fun! ALSO: Metallica's cover of this song is 1 half step low!! chords are - Ebm, C#, Ab, back to Ebm. Playing in standard = dissonant when playing w/ Metallica.

  • you said the strumming pattern is down down down'' realy what is it ? thanks

  • Awesome, thanks!

  • how did you do your strumming???

  • sweet man thanks

  • thanks a lot.

  • Thank you!

  • great stuff

  • awesone , great lesson im starting to learning to play guitar ;)
