This Song has been a favorite ever since i was introduced to it as a Four Year Old (beleve it or not) on Cassete Tape in about 1993 & since then it was played by me & my Siblings so many times that the tape inside repeatitly Snaped, I still have it but it's too Fragile to play safley anymore :( ,

The combanation of Flanders & Swann & Lego is Fantastic and a fitting tribute to the Greatest Satire Duo is History.

I'm not sure what the gas tap was - it came in a mixed box of lego. The paint effect is just that - a dollop of Dulux white gloss applied with a matchstick! Rick

This was amazing!! I will be honest when I say I normally hate people on youtube doing things with toys. Just look at Doctor Who on you tube and you will soon get sick to death of them. But yours was clever, really fitted well, and splendidly animated. The repition aspects were also very good, fitting with the never-ending-saga that the song represented. It really looked a bit like the kids tv i used to remember. Very clever indeed. Can I ask what program you used to edit the animation?

I use Stop Motion Pro with a very basic webcam to capture the images and then Windows Movie Maker to edit them together and add the sound. Slow work but great fun.

on the windows movie maker, when you used the newspaper...i dunno whther you know or not, but you can get the next clip in the picture space on the paper, if you just put that title over the clip?!?!?. just a little tip,,, then it wouldnt be a blank blue screen that came up.

however i realise that that could have meesed up the timing of everything!!...was pretty good as it is!! :) well done
