You want to "stop the spiral"? How? The cost of a house in Brooklyn, NY DOUBLED from the early 2000's to the mid 2000's (!!!) and you expect people to be able to afford this kind of crazy hyperinflation??? When was the last time MY SALARY doubled? Can't remember? I didn't think so.
